Emission Free Cloth Filter

An Emission Free Cloth Filter is a device used to capture and remove particulate matter and other pollutants from agricultural emissions. It is designed to reduce the release of harmful substances into the environment, thereby minimizing air pollution and its negative impact on human health and the ecosystem. The fabric filter can be set to different densities. So that it fits perfectly with your greenhouse.

The primary function of an Emission Free Cloth Filter is to trap and filter out dust, dirt, pollen, mold spores, and other airborne particles that are generated during various agricultural activities. These activities may include tilling, plowing, harvesting, threshing, spraying pesticides or fertilizers, and operating machinery such as tractors or combines. These processes can generate significant amounts of particulate matter that can be carried by wind currents and dispersed over large areas.

  • Investment costs lower than ultra-filtration.

  • Different filter densities: from 5 μm till 100μm.

Regulatory Compliance

Using Emission-Free Cloth Filters in agriculture helps farmers meet emission regulations by reducing particulate matter release.

Cloth consumption

  • 1 roll per year per ha for rockwool/coco/substrate

  • 2 rolls per year per ha for cultivation with potting soil/sand in the water.

  • For 500 m³ /day at 12h you arrive at +/- 40 m³/h

  • BFG27-27   >    34 m³/h    >   101,- p/pc

  • BFG27-60  >    80m³/h     >   203,- p/pc
